Windows 8, 8.1 and MAC operating systems are supported by a limited amount of clients. Windows Vista and XP are not supported. A land-line phone, Comcast, Basic Talk, Vonage or any other digital voice service hard-wired-physical phone lines are supported. Please note that servicing a client is not permitted from cell phones, softphones (phone lines through your computer) or any other providers that do not require a hard-wired-physical phone such as: magicJack, Skype, Google Voice or Ooma. This phone line must be in place before you can start servicing a client.
